Eligibility
Who is the free week of Meta ads for?+
Australian service businesses — trades, detailers, cleaners, landscapers, lawn mowing, pest control, mobile mechanics and similar. You need to be able to take booked jobs from new customers this month, answer your phone during business hours, and have a Facebook page (or be willing to set one up).
Do I need an existing Meta / Facebook Ads account?+
Not necessarily. If you have a Business Manager and ad account we'll get access to it. If you don't, we'll help you set one up during onboarding — usually a 15-minute call. Your account, your name, your data.
Do you work with businesses outside Australia?+
Not right now. We focus on Australian service businesses so our strategy, creative and targeting stay locally relevant. If you're overseas, subscribe to our list and we'll let you know when we open new regions.
Is there a minimum service area or population?+
No hard minimum, but Meta ads work best when you can service a population of roughly 30,000+ within your radius. Very remote areas may not have the audience volume — we'll be honest on the call if that's the case.
Pricing & ad spend
Is the free week actually free?+
Yes. Elavate charges $0 management fee for the first week of Meta ads. There is no setup fee, no retainer, and no lock-in contract. The only cost is the ad spend paid directly to Meta.
How much do I need to spend on Meta ads?+
We recommend a minimum of $150 AUD for the free week (roughly $20–$25/day). This is paid directly to Meta on your credit card — it does not come to us. Higher spend gives Meta's algorithm more data to work with and typically produces more leads.
What does it cost after the free week?+
Only if you want to keep going. Our ongoing management is a flat monthly fee agreed on the call — no percentage of ad spend, no surprise invoices. Most service businesses continue at a rate that pays for itself with 1–2 booked jobs a month.
Do you take a percentage of my ad spend?+
No. We charge a flat monthly management fee. You keep 100% of your ad account and pay Meta directly for ad spend.
Do I have to sign a contract?+
No lock-in. Month-to-month after the free week, cancel any time with 7 days' notice.
After you sign up
What happens right after I submit the form?+
We call you within 24 hours (usually much faster) to check fit and lock in your spot. If you're a match, we book a 20-minute onboarding call to gather your details, photos and ad account access.
How long until my ads are live?+
Ads go live within 48 hours of the onboarding call in most cases. Occasionally Meta ad review takes an extra 24 hours — we'll keep you posted.
What do you need from me?+
About 15 minutes on a call, access to your Facebook page and ad account, 4–8 recent job photos or a short phone-shot video, your service areas and pricing, and the phone/email you want leads sent to. That's it — no logos, no branding kits, no long questionnaires.
How fast will I see leads?+
Most clients see enquiries within 48–72 hours of ads going live. Some sooner, some take the full week to warm up while Meta's algorithm learns who to show your ads to.
How do the leads come to me?+
Leads land straight in your phone as a text or a phone call — no dashboards, no CRMs to log into. If you want them pushed into your existing system, we can wire that up too.
What if I already tried Meta ads and they didn't work?+
Common story. Most service businesses either boost posts or run generic Ads Manager campaigns without proper targeting, creative or lead qualification. Boosting a post is not a Meta ads campaign. That's exactly what we fix.
What if I don't get any leads during the free week?+
It's rare but it happens — usually because of a very small service area or an unusual offer. If we don't deliver at least one qualified enquiry, you owe us nothing and you keep everything we built (creative, targeting, account setup).
